Oak maturation: Barrique Serbian oak, 15 months
Tasting notes: The wine is intensive ruby coloured, crystal clear. The nose is full and complex, an explosion of sour cherries and fine chocolate melted into cherry pralines will seduce you at the first sniff. Soon, gentle spicy aromas with delicate cedar aroma can be scented. The flavour is ample enriched with long juicy finish. It has very lively acidity and great balance and it is bottle age worthy. This is an exceptional experience of a Pinot Noire from Serbia.
