Tasting notes: Wine is intense, deep ruby red colored with garnet shades. Very extracted on the first look. Nose is developed and rich, dominated by aromas of ripe fruit and spices, primarily aromas of ripe plums and cornelian. The taste is full bodied and smooth with silky tannins. Fully ripe, rounded wine, ready to enjoy. A real rarity. Recommended serving temperature is 15-16 degrees Celsius.
Gastro recommendation: Tatar steak on toast, pork cutlets with rosemary, chocolate-based desserts like warm chocolate cake.
