Oak maturation: French oak barrique 19 months, caberne sauvignon and merlot, each separeted
Tasting notes: The wine is deep ruby coloured with a purple hue, highly glistening and appealing with thick legs which colour the sides of your glass. The nose is intensive and opens in many layers giving the combination of red and black berries mixed with fresh and dried black plums and delicate cool spicy aromas of mint and eucalyptus. Discrete earthy aromas contribute towards the complexity of flavours and bouquets. The flavour is ample and balanced. Tannins are juicy and enjoyable. It is advisable to decant. It is bottle age worthy.
