Tasting notes: Color of the wine is a delicate red cherry. Varietal aroma that lasts a long time to mature cherry with delicate aromas of oak and very discreet aroma of red meat. The taste is full and fruity with pronounced freshness and velvety tannins. It is medium-full bodied, rounded. It's easy to enjoy. Finish is fruity with delicate typically Burgundian taste. Recommended serving temperature is 15-16 degrees Celsius.
Gastro recommendation: Tatar of salmon, grilled salmon, roast duck, veal medallions, pasta bolognese.
Alcohol: 13% vol
