Type of wine: Off-dry white wine
Cultivar: 100% petka
Tasting notes: Color of wine is medium intense yellow. Good density and texture. The nose is typical ,very look a like Rhine Riesling with intense aromas of paraffin, and indications of yellow flowers. Taste is a mature and saturated floral aroma. Bodyof wine is medium full with a good balance of sugar, alcohol and acidity. Finish is long and flowerish. Recommended serving temperature is 10-14 degrees Celsius.
Gastro recommendation: A sweet & sour Asian cuisine, spring rolls, Dalmatian smoked ham, excellent as an aperitif.
Alcohol: 14% vol
